If you experience a system crash does to hardware or OS failure while using VTC, you may encounter a problem when trying to restart VTC once the system reboots.

If you see a "System.Xml.XmlException" in VTC's log file, you will also see the full path to the problematic (corrupted) user.config file. This will be something like this:

(C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Level_Up_Software\VTC.exe_Url_5jsxo0w1hsy5p55wo3wl1sbwprklzvtm\3.0.3.5\user.config line 10) ---> System.Xml.XmlException

You will see your user name instead of the "xxxxxx" string in the path presented above.

Please simply delete the C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Level_Up_Software folder and restart VTC. You will only lose the information regarding the VTC window's position on the screen before the crash happened.

NOTE: Under no circumstances do not delete the C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local folder
