There are two ways of removing the MedianRenko indicator from cTrader / cAlog installation

Start cAlgo and delete the MedianRenko indicator from the list of custom indicators
Navigate to your {documents folder}\cAlgo\Sources\Indicators folder (as shown on the screenshot below) and delete the MedianRenko folder plus the MedianRenko.algo file.
