Please make sure that you have placed your license file (sent to you after purchasing the product) in your Metatrader's program folder and that the name of the license file is unchanged.
Metatrader's program folder is where "terminal.exe" (the main executable) is located - this is the file you use to start Metatrader. Most likely it is located somewhere in "C:\Program Files (x86)\"
If this is not working for you, please send a screenshot of your Metatrader's program folder's contents to support so we can verify and help.
One of the most common errors is changing the original name of the license file to something like:
youremail@yourserver_mr (2).license
youremail@yourserver_mr (1).license
To resolve this, just get rid of the extra " (2)", or similar suffix, so that the license file names end with:
- Range Bars: _rb.license
- Renko: _ro.license
- PointO: _po.license
- Median Renko: _mr.license
- Visual Trading Console: _vtc.license
- Video Trade Recorder: _vtr.license
